BELLINGHAM, WA – eXp Realty is pleased to announce that Edward Hudson is heading up the expansion and growth of eXp Realty in the state of Michigan, with headquarters in Detroit.

An attorney since the late 1990s, Hudson is well known in Detroit for his role as one of the probate lawyers representing the Estate of Rosa Parks and the Rosa and Raymond Parks Institute for Self Development and for his quarterly appearances on local radio, covering topics from estate planning to real estate investment.

Hudson’s career in real estate came out of his work in probate law, “I was referring my clients to local real estate agents when I realized that in order to give them the best possible service I should conduct the real estate transactions myself.” In addition to handling probate sales, Hudson’s real estate practice now includes local and international investors who have taken notice of the excellent rental market in Metro Detroit.

While he was looking for something completely unrelated, Hudson happened upon a Craigslist ad for eXp Realty. After speaking with Jason Gesing, Chief Business Development Officer for eXp Realty, and Maryland broker Rich Johnson, Hudson realized he had found the perfect match – a large brokerage he could rely on for support, coupled with a great deal of autonomy.
